Laboratorios Rubió signed an agreement with AB-biotics for co-distribution in Spain EPILEPSY Neurofarmagen^®.

Barcelona, ​​July 6 .- Laboratorios Rubió has signed an agreement with the biotechnology company AB-biotics for co-distribution in the Spanish market EPILEPSY Neurofarmagen^®, a genetic test that can predict how patients will respond to the drugs most used in the treatment of this disease. 

• This genetic analysis to predict patient response to drugs commonly used in the treatment of the disease.
• Some 400,000 people have epilepsy in Spain and get 75-80% cont rolarse with adequate medication.
• This disease accounts for 4.13% of health spending in Spain, according to the Spanish Foundation for Neurological Diseases.
